Very nice place close to Praha. Good staff, interesting location. Tasty coffee and cappuccino.
No breakfast, only coffee and croissant. We could not have anything to order, because they do not prepare.

We had a warm reception, the location is very clean, with a special rustic charm. I was impressed by the owner's antique collection. I highly recommend the tiramisu and ice cream, made by the owner's own Italian recipes.

We have really appreciated the hotel, its interior, as it is a really cozy place. It was the first time in a hotel with original furnitures.
This perfect hotel is situated in the centre of a very small town, where are not too many restaurants/pubs, but is very close to Prague.

The Residence is right in front of the Škvorec castle so we could see it from our bed room. We were able to leave our car at the residence and took a 30 minute train ride to the center of Prague to avoid traffic.

- The Italian feel and the atmosphere of the place. - The smell and taste of real espresso in the morning. - Free Wi-Fi in the room was comforting. Definitely recommended staying here.

The people seemed nice ... it was a quaint town . There is a Penny Store for groceries nearby. The church bell fortunately does not chime through the night ... that was good....( we were concerned ) . They sell ice cream for 15 Kc a cone .
I have mixed reactions... The guest room had newer plank floors and I question that this had been the "servant's quarters" to a castle ... Apparently the castle is the very large old house across the street where the owners live .... still it was an interesting experience . The walls had been patched, but not painted . Bedspreads and draperies are awful. You have to coordinate your arrival with the owner...we arrived 2 hours early and were locked out until the owner arrived at our appointed time . The TV was Czech only... and reception of ANY signal was terrible. The rate doesn't include breakfast .

At the Savoia Residence you feel at home immediately. A very nice place to sit outside and inside you find a cosy bar. The ice creame is excellent, The staff is very helpfull. Unfortunately there is no restaurant but a typical Italian breakfast (coffee with croisant) can be served.
We loved it all!

Quiet small hotel with friendly staff....clean accommodations and easy street parking.
Hotel was much further out from the city than expected. Staff spoke no English and we had an issue with the bill so it was a little frustrating to try and work out. Breakfast not included In price and not worth eating there. Overall a good experience.
